On 28^th and 29^th November 2016 the LEDLUM project consortium met for the first time at the kick off meeting in Lyngby at DTU’s premises. The first day was dedicated to the organization of the collaboration and to get to know each other. Afterwards the technical work packages and the IT infrastructure to be used in LEDLUM were presented. The second day focused on the official kick-off of WP 1 “System Architecture” and WP 7 “Dissemination, Communication, Exploitation and Training”. Finally, general management issues, like scheduling regular EB conference calls, assigning reviewer for deliverables in period 1 and next technical meetings were discussed.
